Infrastructure Troubleshooting & Triage Runbook
This runbook provides rapid diagnostic trees and triage workflows for common network, hypervisor, and service failures across the infrastructure stack.
1. Quick Triage & Diagnostic Matrix
Run these checks from an administrative workstation or WireGuard VPN connection (10.200.0.x):

2. Issue: Cross-VLAN Connectivity Failure
- Check pfSense interface status under Status > Interfaces.
- Inspect Cisco trunk port
